First off, does anyone have a number to xbox live customer service, where someone can actually help?
I went to sign on yesterday and got a message that my account is cancelled. My sub was up on Nov. 18th, which I used the 1 month free card that they sent me (RROD) to extend until Dec 18. I picked up a 12 +1 subscription and applied that before Dec18th, so now I should be paid up until Jan of 2009. When I call, and finally get someone to understand my problem, all they tell me is that I must pay $49.99. They keep calling it an outstanding balance. I was charged for 2007, and used the cards to pay for 2008. I then ask to open up a new account with the card. I can't do that because I already used the card for my old account. If I used the 12+1 card, then why is my account cancelled. They then say because I owe $49.99 as an outstanding balance. Talking to their customer service is like :banghead:
Has anyone else had a problem like this?
I am trying to figure out who is less helpful, Max, or the customer service reps.
